CONSUMER RIGHTS – CANCELLATION – RETURN & WITHDRAWAL CONDITIONS

GENERAL:

By placing an order through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.

Shipping costs for product delivery shall be borne by the buyers.

Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, within a legal maximum period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.

The purchased product must be delivered complete, with the specifications stated in the order, and with any accompanying documents such as warranty certificates and user manuals.

If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of the issue. The full amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID FOR:

If the buyer does not pay for the product or cancels the payment in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product shall cease.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:

If it is determined after delivery that the payment was made fraudulently or through unauthorized use of the buyer’s credit card, and the bank does not transfer the product payment to the seller, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with return shipping costs covered by the seller.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:

If force majeure or unforeseeable events prevent the timely delivery of the product, the buyer shall be informed. The buyer may cancel the order, request a substitute product, or opt to wait until the issue is resolved. If the order is canceled and payment was made in cash, the amount will be refunded within 14 days. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be issued to the bank within 14 days, although the bank may take 2–3 weeks to process it to the buyer’s account.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

The buyer must inspect the product before accepting delivery. If the item appears damaged (e.g., crushed, broken, torn packaging), it must not be accepted and a damage report must be filed with the courier. Products accepted are considered to have been received in good condition.

If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the product must not be used, and the invoice must be returned with it.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery to themselves or the indicated recipient, without giving any reason and without incurring any liability, by notifying the seller through the contact information below.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

For services, the 14-day withdrawal period begins on the date the contract is signed. If the buyer consents to service delivery before the end of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal is void.

Costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal are borne by the seller. To exercise this right, the buyer must notify the seller in writing via registered mail, fax, or email within 14 days, and the product must not fall under the “Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal” section of this contract.

EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The original invoice must be included. (If the invoice is issued to a company, a return invoice must also be provided.)

The product must be returned complete with packaging, accessories, and all standard parts in an unused and undamaged condition.

RETURN CONDITIONS: Once the seller receives the withdrawal notice, they must refund the total amount and any binding documents to the buyer within 10 days, and collect the returned product within 20 days. If the product’s value has depreciated or return is impossible due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer must compensate the seller. However, changes due to proper usage within the withdrawal period are not grounds for liability. If the withdrawal causes the order total to fall below a promotional threshold, the discount benefit is canceled.

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WITHDRAWAL: Products that are prepared to the buyer’s specifications or clearly personal in nature; lower body underwear, swimwear bottoms, cosmetics, disposable items, perishables, products that pose a health risk once opened, mixed or inseparable goods by nature, periodicals, instantly performed digital services or intangible goods delivered instantly, sound or video recordings, books, digital content, software, storage media, or computer supplies whose packaging has been opened are not eligible for return under regulations.

Cosmetics, personal care items, underwear, swimwear, books, software, CDs, DVDs, and stationery items must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition to be returned.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES: If the buyer defaults on a credit card payment, they shall pay interest under their agreement with the card issuer and be liable to the bank. The bank may pursue legal remedies and demand all related costs from the buyer. In such cases, the buyer shall also be liable for any losses suffered by the seller due to the delay.
